As a descendant of settlers, and immigrants to Aotearoa, New Zealand, I recognize and remember that our offices in Glenorchy, along with a number of our retreat venues, occupy traditional lands of Ngāi Tahu. May we hold Ngāi Tahu and all Indigenous communities in our hearts and never forget the painful history and ongoing harm of colonialism as we continue to work for liberation of all peoples.
